Robert S. McMillan – Chief Financial Officer
Mr. McMillan joined Relax The Back in October 2004. He has more than 40 years of business experience, including more than 30 years in franchising. Previously, he was Sr. Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of New Horizons Computer Learning Centers, a franchisor of computer training centers. Mr. McMillan graduated from the University of California Berkeley and earned his CPA in the State of California.
William McClymonds – Senior Vice President of Franchising
Mr. McClymonds joined Relax The Back in September 2006. He has more than 27 years of business experience, with more than 23 years in franchising. Previously, he held leadership positions with Prudential Real Estate and Relocation Services, focusing on franchise sales and mergers/acquisitions.
Leanne Mattes – Vice President of Marketing
Ms. Mattes joined Relax The Back in July 2001. She has more than 30 years of business experience in retailing and marketing. She spent 21 years in various roles at a large department store and also has agency and specialty retail experience. Ms. Mattes currently serves on the CMO Council of the National Retail Federation and on the Communications Team of the North American Spine Foundation.
David Stevenson – Vice President of Retail Sales and Training
Mr. Stevenson joined Relax The Back in September 2008. He has more than 30 years of business experience in the areas of marketing, retailing, sales and training in a variety of different settings. Previously, he served as the Vice President of Marketing and Product Development for OGIO International.
J.D. Nespoli – Vice President of Merchandising
Mr. Nespoli joined us in September 2003. He has more than 39 years of retail merchandising and product development experience, ranging from large department store operations to Polo Ralph Lauren. Previously, he was the Director of Merchandising and Retail Development for Evolution Furniture Company, an independently owned home furnishings retailer.
