We want you to be totally prepared for your business. Once your franchise agreements are signed you are in training/marketing mode. First, we help secure real estate with the best location and lease possible. You will then spend time in open locations to experience hands on training and attend workshops to learn about sales, products, and marketing. Also, Relax The Back University is a five day in depth training at our Support Center, before opening, to make sure you are ready to go.
9-Step Process For Getting Started
Step 1 – Is This The Right Fit? It’s not just about ensuring that you’re the right fit for us. We need to be the right fit for you, too. Consider whether this is the ideal industry and franchise model for your future. Then, review our investment guidelines and franchise financing options to assess whether you’re financially ready to start your journey.
Step 2 – Begin The Conversation. Schedule an appointment with a Franchise Development Specialist to get answers to all of your questions and receive additional information about a franchise investment opportunity with Relax The Back.
Step 3 – Get Qualified. We’ll do a preliminary qualification report and a brief pre-screening interview to make sure you’re all set to become a franchise owner. Once we review & agree that you meet our qualification standards, you’ll receive a Franchise Disclosure Document with all of the in-depth information you need to know about buying a franchise.
Step 4 – Franchise Disclosure Document Review. Speak with our Franchise Development Manager for a complete review of our model and our Franchise Disclosure Document. We want to ensure you have a thorough understanding of the document and agree to its terms.
Step 5 – Validation. We want you to feel as comfortable as possible moving forward in the franchise process, so we provide an in-depth look into your future as a location owner. During the validation step, you’ll have the chance to speak with other Relax The Back franchise owners and verify that our franchise model really works. Ask the questions you want to ask, and find out what a day in the life of a franchise owner looks like.
Step 6 – Experience Discovery Day. Get to know us in person. Visit our corporate headquarters in Long Beach, California and observe how our programs and business systems operate. While you’re here, interact with corporate executives and other team members responsible for supporting owners and their businesses. Learn more about all the support you’ll receive as a franchise owner, including training, operations guidance, vendor selection, site development and everything else you need to grow your franchise.
Step 7 – Join The Family. Are you ready to be a franchise owner? You’ve made your decision, and we’ve made ours. Let’s make it official! This is a mutual approval process, and if we all agree, you’ll sign the documents, pay your initial franchise fee and become part of the Relax The Back franchise family!
Step 8 – Start Your Training. We want you to be totally prepared for success. Once the franchise agreements are signed and we’ve helped you select the best location, you’ll attend our Relax The Back University, where you’ll learn everything you need to know about store operations, inventory management, sales and marketing strategies, talent management, vendor relations and more.
Step 9 – Doors Open. Now you’re officially running your own franchise! Rest assured, our support doesn’t stop here. We’ll continue to guide you toward financial success through ongoing training, webinars, mentorship opportunities, sales conferences and more.
